- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 3-5 strategic projects
- Partner with C-suite to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Build and mentor high-performing innovation teams with diverse technical expertise
- Drive patent portfolios and publish thought leadership in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in future-gazing methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Certification in emerging tech domains (e.g., IBM Quantum, AWS ML)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($1M+ projects)
