Responsibilities
- Architect and execute innovation roadmaps targeting 2026+ technological horizons
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen solutions
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Establish strategic alliances with academic and industry pioneers
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in STEM, Futures Studies, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
