Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmap development for 2026-era technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives with teams across AI, biotech, and renewable energy sectors
- Translate futuristic concepts into actionable business plans with measurable KPIs
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Present forward-looking insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive implementation of emerging technologies through pilot programs and scalable solutions
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation, strategic planning, or research leadership
- Proven track record in developing and implementing futuristic technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, advanced AI, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis for 5-10 year horizons
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (preferred) with publication history
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives across multiple markets
