Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 2026 technology vision roadmap
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and Web3.0 infrastructure
- Drive innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Develop patentable IP in next-generation cybersecurity and climate-tech
- Present strategic innovation briefings to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of radical experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strong understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
