Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, blockchain 3.0, and neuromorphic systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley innovation lab
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (e.g., synthetic biology, brain-computer interfaces)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech investments with ESG and UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Author thought leadership on Technology Singularity Preparedness for industry journals
- Drive adoption of zero-trust architectures and quantum-resistant security protocols
- Mentor emerging talent in our Futures Academy graduate program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable experience in at least two emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published research on technological forecasting or exponential tech adoption
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives beyond $50M in enterprise environments
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful tech commercialization cycles (2018-2023)
