Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with corporate strategy and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Identify emerging tech paradigms (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology interfaces) and assess commercial viability
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patent applications, and industry conference presentations
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and national innovation labs
- Mentor next-gen technologists in futures thinking and ethical tech development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with demonstrated impact on future-facing initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or synthetic biology)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, Bioengineering, or related field
- Published author or speaker at global tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- Mastery of scenario planning methodologies and futures forecasting tools
- Strong understanding of ethical frameworks for exponential technologies
