- Research and evaluate breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Design ethical frameworks for AI/automation deployment in regulated industries
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with focus on emerging technologies
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends beyond 2025 horizon
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, or quantum simulation platforms
