Qualifications
- 15+ years in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Published research in Nature or Science on AI ethics (2018-2023)
- Experience leading teams with 50+ engineers across 3 continents
- Security clearance for government quantum projects
- Proficiency in Q# and TensorFlow Quantum
- PhD in Computational Physics or equivalent
