Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, regulatory landscapes, and socio-cultural shifts to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and fintech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce trend reports and scenario planning documents for executive leadership teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Advolve senior stakeholders on disruptive threats and opportunities in 3-5 year horizons
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs testing future-focused solutions
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in industry journals or media
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) required
