- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' identifying disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions in our innovation lab
- Establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies including generative AI and biotech
- Deliver keynote presentations at global innovation summits on future-proofing strategies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with documented accuracy (2018-2023)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent methodology training
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive innovation and transformational change
- Fluency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
