Responsibilities

- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable product roadmaps and business strategies
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Reports' detailing disruptive forces and strategic pivots
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Strategy, Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or executive strategy roles
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
