Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for organizational resilience and growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future thinking into product development and corporate vision
- Author executive briefings on quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech adoption
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future trends into measurable KPIs and innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution) preferred
