Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports translating foresight into actionable business strategy

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record of successfully predicting and preparing for disruptive market shifts
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders

- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
