Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for product innovation and business transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented initiatives
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for volatile markets and disruptive forces
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and investors
- Build and curate a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Strategy, Economics, Technology, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR) preferred
