Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption across AI, biotech, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in human augmentation
- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Reports' mapping 5-year technological convergence points
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces (neural, AR/VR, haptic)
- Advocate for sustainable innovation in all product roadmaps
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI implications
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into business value
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) required
- Experience with predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Gephi)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or frameworks
