Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios (2026-2035) using quantitative modeling and qualitative foresight techniques
- Lead immersive trend-sensing workshops with executive stakeholders across global markets
- Author high-impact strategic briefs that influence product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Build and maintain proprietary foresight frameworks integrating AI, climate science, and behavioral economics
- Represent the firm at premier industry conferences and publish thought leadership in top-tier publications
- Mentor junior strategists while maintaining rigorous academic partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend synthesis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling ability with portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects with measurable business impact
