Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational adaptation to future uncertainties
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed futurist thinking into product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Build external partnerships with research labs and innovation ecosystems

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Published thought leadership on technology or societal transformation trends
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience working with C-suite executives in tech or Fortune 500 companies
