- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, design, and business teams on future vision
- Partner with policy experts to navigate regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
- Present foresight findings to investors and board members through compelling narratives
- Champion ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Maintain a dynamic trend repository with real-time updates on biotech, neurotech, and climate tech
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation portfolio
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
