Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to inform 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-based frameworks for future market disruption and opportunity identification
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create innovation blueprints for next-generation products
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Produce executive-level trend reports with actionable insights for C-suite stakeholders
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex concepts
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., CFPC, CFP)
