Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends in technology, society, and economics to develop 2026+ strategic scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futurist insights into client roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for Fortune 500 partners
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies into business ecosystems
- Develop and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using AI-powered analytics
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in futurism methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Experience with cross-industry disruption modeling and ecosystem mapping
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy or equivalent)
