Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate resilience, quantum computing) to develop strategic roadmaps for 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Design disruptive business models leveraging emerging technologies
- Author annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven foresight
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects with 5-year ROI potential
- Represent FutureHorizon at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario-planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or patented innovations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend platforms (Gartner, WEF)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
