- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational resilience

- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish KPIs to track future-readiness and adaptation capabilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies' societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF) required
- Portfolio demonstrating future-strategy projects with measurable outcomes
