Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author annual '2026 Horizon Report' with actionable predictions and mitigation strategies
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with research institutions and disruptors
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior futurists using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, journals)
- Experience with Delphi method, SWOT-PESTEL analysis, and horizon scanning tools
