Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technological, economic, and societal trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision implementation
- Produce forward-looking reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats in exponential growth sectors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic insights into commercial success
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation required
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
