Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scan data to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align C-suite vision with innovation pipelines
- Author predictive frameworks for regulatory and ethical implications of emerging tech
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present trend forecasts to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation consultants
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotechnology, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (e.g., IEEE, MIT Sloan)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on innovation adoption
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
