Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for 2026+ horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executives to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading journals
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advolve product development teams in integrating future trends into innovation roadmaps
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling and data visualization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting (e.g., MIT Tech Review, WEF)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across North America, Europe, and APAC regions
- Deep understanding of technological singularity implications and ethical AI governance frameworks
