Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year strategic foresight models using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into executable roadmaps
- Author quarterly '2026 Pulse Reports' identifying disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Design innovation pipelines for clients in quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Present findings at global forums like CES and the World Future Society conference
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary 'FutureScape' methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools like STEEP analysis and Delphi method
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-shaping initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least one emerging domain (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, quantum sensing)
- Validated network of 50+ innovators across Silicon Valley and global R&D ecosystems
