Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps that position company as market disruptor
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product development and business strategy
- Build and maintain ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Develop scenario models for geopolitical, technological, and societal disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies' commercial viability and ethical implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or foresight role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) or equivalent professional designation
