Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic indicators, patent filings, and academic research to identify 2026-relevant technological inflection points
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and renewable energy sectors
- Produce annual Horizon 2026 trend reports with predictive confidence intervals
- Facilitate executive workshops on existential risk mitigation and opportunity capture
- Lead a global team of futurists, data scientists, and industry specialists
- Establish thought leadership through keynote presentations and white papers
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in board-level consultations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published predictions validated by 2023 outcomes
- Expertise in Monte Carlo simulation modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational strategy
- Professional certification in Foresight (ACF) or Strategic Foresight (APF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
