Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate resilience) and their business implications through 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-state vision
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing business models and revenue streams
- Monitor policy/regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy implementation
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones
