Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state possibilities
- Produce scenario-based impact assessments for disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness maturity
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and industry boards
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
