What You'll Accomplish: Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 strategic frameworks, conduct horizon-scanning research, and translate future scenarios into actionable business plans. You'll influence C-suite decisions and represent our company at global forums on future technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic roadmaps for emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with policy teams to navigate regulatory landscapes for 2026 tech adoption
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology impacts
- Manage a portfolio of 2026 innovation incubation projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong communication skills with executive audiences
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published work in futurism or technology strategy preferred
