Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics to identify 2026's inflection points
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, climate, and technological disruption scenarios
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through data-driven narratives
- Establish a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Embed foresight methodologies into organizational DNA via training and workshops
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-proofing strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Mastery of scenario planning, Delphi techniques, and weak signal analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Experience with horizon scanning platforms (e.g., Gartner, WFS) and trend visualization tools
