Responsibilities
- Lead long-term strategic planning for 2026 and beyond, aligning with company vision and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging technologies, market shifts, and future scenarios.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into product roadmaps.
- Monitor global trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts to stay at the cutting edge.
- Communicate complex future scenarios in an accessible and compelling manner to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or futurism, preferably in a tech-driven industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategies that drive business growth.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, etc.) and their potential impact.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate future scenarios clearly.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for exploring the unknown and shaping the future.
