- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex trend data into clear strategic recommendations and roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical, environmental, and social shifts impacting future markets
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Experience building innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
