Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption, market trends, and workforce evolution
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify opportunities in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with strategic recommendations for R&D allocation
- Establish cross-industry partnerships to validate foresight frameworks and innovation pipelines
- Advose executive leadership on regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Design and implement 'Future-Ready' organizational transformation initiatives
- Maintain proprietary foresight database with real-time trend analysis and disruption signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in developing predictive frameworks for complex systems
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate foresight into stakeholder narratives
- Published research or thought leadership on future-of-work scenarios
