Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, societal, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and execution plans
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain relationships with innovation ecosystems, academic institutions, and thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of emerging technologies on industry dynamics and consumer behavior
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight work (published reports, strategic frameworks, or scenario projects)
- Experience with data visualization tools and predictive analytics platforms
