- Translate foresight insights into executive-level strategic recommendations
- Build and maintain global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Design innovation frameworks for exponential growth opportunities
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience presenting complex scenarios to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight research or strategic projects
