Responsibilities
- Anticipate technological and societal shifts through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop 5-year product roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build patent portfolios for emerging technologies
- Partner with academic institutions on next-gen research initiatives
- Guide ethical frameworks for disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption curves
- Strong network with tech thought leaders and research institutions
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
