- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for 2026 market landscapes
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with 5-year business objectives
- Present futuristic insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-facing topics
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technical shifts impacting 2026 viability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption forecasting
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, or biotech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Experience with Delphi method and cross-impact matrix analysis
