- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused research labs
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for executive leadership teams
- Produce annual '2026 Impact Reports' with actionable recommendations for board review
- Oversee the development of proprietary future-prediction analytics frameworks
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (Web3, AGI, climate tech, neuro interfaces)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology transformation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex paradigm shifts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and their business implications
