As a key architect of our Future Horizons program, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives and R&D teams to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure. Your insights will directly influence $500M+ investment portfolios and product roadmaps targeting 2026-2030.
Responsibilities
- Develop quantitative and qualitative models forecasting technological and societal trends through 2026
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, marketing, and policy teams to translate foresight into action
- Produce Horizon Reports analyzing AI ethics, climate tech, and neuro-interface implications
- Advise executive leadership on strategic pivots and emerging competitive threats
- Manage a portfolio of Future Labs prototyping 2026-vintage solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning using tools like Horizon Scanning or Delphi Method
- Publication record in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Proficiency in trend visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting models
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
