- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 global sustainability and regulatory landscapes
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Pioneer proprietary forecasting models using AI-driven trend analysis and behavioral economics
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep technical fluency in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism/strategy journals or platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF) or equivalent
