Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026 and beyond
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Architect scenario-planning models for 3-10 year business trajectories
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Present future trend analyses to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author quarterly Future Outlook reports distributed to Fortune 500 partners
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Proficiency with AI forecasting tools and quantitative research methodologies
- Demonstrated track record of influencing C-level strategy with future insights
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
