- Analyze global tech/socioeconomic trends to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for future-proofing product portfolios
- Lead cross-functional workshops on innovation and scenario planning
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Build and maintain a network of futurists and domain experts
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging paradigms
- Drive R&D initiatives for next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation strategy
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication with executive stakeholders
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Certification in strategic foresight (preferred)
