Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 Strategic Innovation Roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AGI ethics)
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Reports' predicting market shifts and regulatory impacts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into core business functions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist researchers using our proprietary trend-analysis framework
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and exclusive industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic planning with proven impact in Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, climate AI)
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ market-defining predictions implemented successfully
