Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to validate futuristic concepts
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (include case studies)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-planning skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., Harvard Business Review)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
