- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Present trend forecasts to executive boards with data-driven visualizations and risk assessments
- Establish patent portfolios for emerging technology applications
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work transformations
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced proficiency with AI forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or climate-tech transitions
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on long-term technology adoption
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
