Responsibilities

- Develop innovation frameworks for integrating AI/ML into core business operations
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on future workforce evolution
- Design and validate prototypes for sustainable tech solutions targeting 2026 deployment
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and disruptor startups
- Present future-vision roadmaps to investors and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing tech roadmaps with 5+ year horizons

- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile/lean innovation environments
