Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 innovation strategy roadmap
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-focused initiatives
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global innovation trends and competitive intelligence
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, PhD preferred)
- Prior experience publishing thought leadership or speaking at global forums
